Booking Information and Conditions
We request a third of the total booking value to be forwarded to us normally
within ten days of you enquiry (by prior arrangement, this time can be extended).
We will confirm back to you in writing the booking details when we have
received your deposit.
The balance of the booking value is always payable
on your arrival.
If paying by Cheque please make it payable to :

We also can accept most "Debit" or "Credit" cards over the phone.

The flats are normally available from 2pm on day of arrival.
Deposits are Non Refundable.
Guests are asked to vacate the flats by 10am on leaving day.
( Luggage can be left with us on day of departure,to maximize your stay in Blackpool )
The management reserve the right to cancel accommodation if, at any time, the behaviour of a visitor is such that the comfort and enjoyment of other guests is endangered, or if any additional guests are brought onto the premises without prior permission given.
In the event of cancellation, deposits are non-refundable. The management are entitled
to claim the balance of any unfulfilled booking, therefore visitors are advised to cover
themseleves for such eventualities.
